Are my conference delegates able to go into the National Space Centre galleries?

Yes, entrance can be arranged for your delegates on the day of your event during our normal opening hours.  Tickets are valid all day, so your delegates can view the six interactive galleries at their leisure at a time to suit you.  Space Theatre shows and guided tours of the attraction can be arranged at an additional cost.

Is there car parking?

Yes, there are over 400 spaces.  These are free to all conference delegates. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve spaces under any circumstances.We also have a large coach park.<\p>

Can I arrange to view the facilities before making a booking?

Yes, call our Events Team on 0116 2610261 to arrange a convenient time to view any of our facilities.  Images of all of our facilities can also be viewed on this website.

How do I make a booking?

Simply call (0116 2610261) or email (events@spacecentre.co.uk) to check availability.  We will be happy to hold a provisional booking for up to 10 days for you.

How is payment taken

If you decide to go ahead with your booking, we require a £250 deposit to confirm the event. You are invoiced for the remaining balance after the event.
