For a truly memorable team-building exercise for up to 30 people, why not let your delegates fulfil their childhood dreams of becoming astronauts and send them on a simulated space mission in the Challenger Learning Centre.  Here they will take on the roles of mission control and space station crew in two realistically themed environments.

Our Apollo Away Day Mission will help to develop and improve your teams effectiveness through a positive and interactive experience.
                                                            
This one-day session combines an intensive workshop during the morning, which sets the scene for the afternoon’s mission within the Challenger centre that allows inter-relationships and roles within the group to flourish and develop.

The day can be tailored to suit your requirements, whether it be extending and expanding team communication or relationships in a well-functioning group or help to develop answers to the challenges facing a particular team, such as morale, personality clashes, conflict  or stress.

There are many important issues that can be tackled using team building and development techniques. Our facilitator will develop the optimum training and development day for your group.

These ideas are then developed and tested within the space mission scenario, where our experienced team work closely with your group helping them to complete tasks and solve emergencies that arise during the mission.  

Finally, the day is completed with a de-brief to ensure the main learning points of the day are reinforced.
