The Challenger Learning Centre runs simulated space missions for groups of up to 30 people and is a unique team-building activity, the only one of its kind outside North America.

The team take on the roles of mission control and spacecraft crew and must all work together in order to "Rendezvous with a Comet", gaining vital data for future research by building and sending out a robotic probe. Communication and co-operation is essential for the team to succeed, emphasising the benefits of working together towards a common purpose.
