I want to book for a specific event, can I buy/redeem a voucher for it?

This will depend upon the voucher purchased and the availability of the event. If an event is already sold out, or not part of the voucher you have bought (for example you have a Space Lates voucher and wish to book a day out), the website will not support the redemption.

No, all vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within a 12 month period.
