Event Sales Manager
The National Space Centre seeks an enthusiastic and proactive Event Sales Manager. This role entails actively seeking and generating new business opportunities for our state-of-the-art venue. The ideal candidate should be outgoing and passionate about achieving sales targets in line with the company's KPIs. In order to accomplish this, the candidate should be adept at identifying new sales prospects that align with the NSC's offerings, while also emphasising the importance of repeat bookings.
Moreover, the candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the skills to cultivate and enhance client relationships.

Café Assistant (Part-Time)
We are looking to recruit talented individuals to join our team in providing the best customer service in the industry.
An experienced Café Assistant is required to join our busy catering team working in Boosters Café.
Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication skills. You should have a flexible, adaptable and willing attitude towards work. The ability to work in a busy environment is important.
Part-Time – Saturday or Sunday (Normal working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility of times may be required). Plus, additional evening evenings and shifts during peak periods.
Please note that this role is permanent (subject to successful completion of probationary period) and not suitable for temporary, seasonal / holiday or term-only only working.
Working with Children – A Disclosure is required for this role. Information about the Disclosure service can be found at the Directggov website.
Rate of pay is £10.90 per hour.
