We require a minimum of 15 people in a party to qualify for the discounted groups rates.

The main doors are just over 100m from the coach park. There is a gentle incline down to the main entrance.

Yes, we have a café at the bottom of the Rocket Tower. It serves homemade soups, sandwiches, snacks, hot dogs, cakes, coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Yes, however spaces are shared with the public and therefore limited; speak to a member of staff upon arrival.

We suggest 3-4 hours to enjoy the galleries and Planetarium show. You can add 60-90 minutes for a light lunch, or afternoon tea, as well as free time in the shop.

Yes! Tetrastar Spaceport is available to all visiting customers (subject to availability and health and safety regulations) during on-peak operational hours (10:00-17:00) - Weekends and School Holidays.

If your group is booked in advance, we will know you are coming. Please remain on the coach until a member of our Space Crew arrives to meet you.

If you arrive before the Centre opens at 10:00, please remain on the coach until our team is ready to welcome your group.

Yes. If you are bringing a pre-booked group to the National Space Centre, the coach driver can access the Centre on the day of the visit.
No. The National Space Centre is a self-guided attraction, so you can explore at your own pace. Space Crew are located throughout the galleries and will be happy to help or answer questions during your visit.
