No, as all guests are subject to cancellation we wait until the day to sell tickets for autographs and photo sessions. Please buy autographs on the day from each guest directly (cash only). You can buy vouchers (cash only) from the John Eggleston Suite (where the TARDIS interior set will be) for all photo sessions in advance on the day. All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost. If there are long queues do go back later (autograph queues tend to be lengthy when we first open, but dissipate throughout the day).
Book your free Carer/Personal Assistant ticket when you book all tickets online. Please bring proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Carer's Allowance Letter of Award, or a local authority carer's card (not a paid for card) to claim the free ticket on the day.
One talk is included when you buy your ticket. Those who book earlier will get to select from all the talks. If the event does not sell out we will sell additional talk tickets for £3 per person (all monies go to charity) at the main ticket desk for purchase upon the day.
No, these are all offered as drop in sessions throughout the weekend. You can enjoy the galleries, exhibitions, talks, workshops etc. at your leisure throughout the day and drop in to any additional activities (subject to availability).
No, as per the terms and conditions of sale when booking any ticket to the National Space Centre, tickets for Premium Events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No, due to work commitments guests may have to cancel their appearance. Obviously we will work with guests to try to inform people of any changes in advance, but sometimes commitments will be last minute and we will not know until the week/day of the event.
