Tharsis has wheelchair spaces, and our small groups make this a perfect experience for those who struggle with large groups.
Not a problem, you just need to bring PIP/DLA/Access Card on the day to claim a free ticket to support another visitor to access Tharsis.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
When booking for the National Space Centre, either as a standard daytime ticket or with an Annual Pass, you can access the exhibition from 10:00. Please look to arrive a couple of minutes early at Tetrastar (situated next to the LIVE Space gallery) for your timed experience ticket.
Yes, each family is entitled to ONE photo with Santa. To keep our mission on course, and to ensure it is fair for all, we need to restrict it to one photo that you take yourselves (our Elves are happy to help with phones/cameras on the day).
Please email [email protected] before booking to talk to our team.
