Seven Exclusive New Ranges in Our Gift Shop

If it has been a little while since your last visit to the National Space Centre, you might be surprised by just how much has landed in our Shop recently. Over the past few months, our Retail team have been busy curating new products that celebrate space, sustainability, and great design, with something to suit every budget.
Our Shop has something for everyone, no matter what you are looking for; a small souvenir, a thoughtful gift, or a treat for yourself, our Shop is the perfect end to any visit.
But just like in space, things are always changing here at the National Space Centre. So here is a round-up of seven brand new and exclusive ranges that have arrived for 2026, and why we are so excited about them.
National Space Centre Chocolate Range
One of the standout additions to the Shop is our brand-new National Space Centre chocolate range, which is already proving popular with visitors. These chocolates are made in collaboration with a UK-based chocolatier Coco Pzazz, and feature seasonal flavours paired with bespoke packaging designed by our in-house Design team. From concept to final design, this range has been a real labour of love, and the art on the packaging shows it.
As one member of the Coco Pzazz team put it: “They are the prettiest packaging we have ever done on the own label so we were super chuffed with them.”
The designs are so good that you can expect to see them popping up on other products in the future too, so keep an eye out. And in the meantime, enjoy a sweet treat the next time you visit.
Ziggy Range
Everyone has fallen in love with Ziggy, the star of our One Step Beyond show. So it was only right that we brought some Ziggy love into the Shop. It was one of our most-popular requests to launch a Ziggy plush toy, just like the one in the show. But we thought we would go a little further. If you love collecting small, affordable keepsakes, our Ziggy range is definitely one to explore.
The range features pin badges, keyrings, postcard prints and patches, these make perfect pocket-money souvenirs, gifts for friends, or additions to your jacket, backpack or pin board, no matter the budget. And if you want your very own Ziggy to bring home, we have plenty of plush Ziggies in both a big and small size.
Rocket Tower Range
For visitors who want a subtle reminder of their day out, the Rocket Tower range is just for you. Available as a pin badge, keyring, bottle opener, magnet and patch, this design captures perhaps the most iconic part of the National Space Centre – our 42 foot high Rocket Tower.
We are particularly fond of the pin badge. It is simple, stylish, and easy to wear or display, whether pinned to a bag or lanyard or stuck on a pin board at home. A small item, but one that sparks memories every time you see it, and means you can take the National Space Centre with you wherever you go.
Astronaut Range
Sustainability continues to be a key focus for us, and our Astronaut range reflects that commitment. Currently available as coasters, keyrings and magnets, these products are made from bamboo and recycled materials. They are practical, well-designed, and created with the environment in mind.
And this is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we are planning to expand the range to include a travel mug, bag and notepad, making it even easier to choose eco-friendly souvenirs without compromising on quality or style.
Tetrastar Spaceport Patches and Pin Badges
Our Tetrastar Spaceport experience has been a highlight of people’s visits since it launched in 2022. Now you have the opportunity to keep the experience going long after you’ve set off with our brand-new Tetrastar patches and pin badges.
They are ideal for personalising jackets, bags, and lanyards, and for anyone who loves space-inspired and minimalist designs.
Even better, designs based on the loveable and ever-helpful ADA are coming soon, so watch this space.
National Space Centre T-Shirts
We are so excited about our latest National Space Centre T-shirts, designed by our own in-house Design team.
Based off of gorgeous designs that the team created for our UK in Space Festival, these feature a subtle, thoughtful piece of artwork capturing the wonders of space exploration.
Available in a range of sizes, they are made of organic cotton, comfortable, and a great way to show your love for space and the National Space Centre.
Stitch Your Own Tote Bag Kit (Coming Soon)
For visitors who enjoy something a bit more hands-on, our Stitch Your Own Tote Bag is a brilliant option. The team joined forced with Chasing Threads to create a bespoke kit that helps you to stitch some of the constellations that you will be able to see in the night sky onto your very own a tote bag.
It also comes packed with stories behind the constellations, written by our own Charlie and Dhara, so you can widen your knowledge about the night sky in between stitching sessions.
The kit will be arriving in the Shop very soon, and will make a great choice for families, creative visitors, or anyone who likes a souvenir with a personal touch .
Something for Every Space Fan
From in-house designs and sustainable materials to collaborations with UK-based makers, every product has been chosen (or created) to reflect what the National Space Centre is all about.
And not only that, every purchase you make in the Shop directly supports our educational charity, helping us to continue our mission to get people excited, inspire curiosity and boost STEM skills by making space accessible, educational and fun for all ages. Even buying something as small as a pencil or postcard helps us continue our mission.
