FAQs

PG - PG stands for Parental Guidance. This means a film is suitable for general viewing, but some scenes may be unsuitable for young children. A PG film should not unsettle a child aged around eight or older. Parents should consider whether the content may upset younger, or more sensitive, children.

There are 400 car parking spaces available on site and there is a bus stop to the 54 route within a few minutes’ walk of the Centre (please check times on their website).

No, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Free Carer tickets can be booked with any disabled ticket purchased for Film Club. If you have any access needs just add them upon check out when booking and we can reserve wheelchair spaces and/or accessible seating (situated at the rear of the Planetarium with easy access to all emergency exits). You will need to bring proof of PIP/DLA on the night for the free Carer ticket.

No, this movie was not made to be projected in a fulldome format, but we will be using our huge cinema screen in the dome.
