    Leicestershire’s award-winning Bond Street Distillery was established in 2019 by Chief Distiller, Sally Faulkner. In four and half years Bond Street have gone from strength to strength building a reputation for producing award-winning craft Gins, bars and a gin school for the public.

  2. Dodds

    Dodd's

    Dodd’s Organic Gin is a tribute to this relatively unheard of 19th Century innovator. A man who had some pretty big ideas - like patenting a building system that was over 150 years ahead of his time and constructing the first underwater tunnel. They are spirits for curious consumers around the world, just like Dodd, who have a passion for the new and undiscovered.

  3. Dr Eamers' Emporium

    Dr Eamers' Emporium

    Enjoy a range of award winning spirits lovingly handcrafted in the heart of the West Midlands and distilled by a family of distillers, in small batches. 

  4. Driftwood

    Driftwood Gin

    Driftwood Gin is a family ran craft distillery based in South Leicestershire, producing premium distilled gins and liqueurs. Every one of our products are hand crafted to ensure we deliver the best product possible and ensuring each bottle is 'Full of Family Spirit'.

    DropWorks Distillery

    Nestled in Nottinghamshire, the finest molasses are fermented with their own cultivated trinity yeast strain, distilled on bespoke stills, then blended and matured it in our own barrels across three unique ageing locations. Creators of the first spiced Rum made without any added spices, the team innovate and produce a new genre of modern British Rum. 

  6. East Chase

    East Chase Distillers

    East Chase Distillers is an independent artisan distillery based on the outskirts of rural Kenilworth, Warwickshire. Through their world leading Holstein still, they create premium spirits from only the finest of ingredients sourced from around the globe.

  7. Golden Duck

    Golden Duck Brewery

    Golden Duck Brewery is based on a farm in Appleby Magna in North West Leicestershire. This is a Father and Son operation with son Harry being the Head Brewer. Harry studied at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh for 4 years to obtain his degree in ‘Brewing and Distilling’.

    Keepr's

    KEEPR's, from the British Honey Company, is a special range of spirits. They mix expertly crafted spirits with fine British honey. The company started KEEPR's to honour traditional beekeeping. Beekeeping helps preserve the natural environment and biodiversity.

  9. Lazydog Distillery

    Lazydog Distillery

    The Lazydog craft rum distillery team do things a little differently. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of Leicestershire, they draw inspiration from the region's rich culinary heritage, fueled by their love for their cherished dog, Gino. Using only the finest ingredients, every bottle of our Lazydog rum and spiced rum is handcrafted with care, showcasing their unwavering commitment to spirits in every sip.

  10. Locksley Distilling Co

    Locksley Distilling Co

    A small, independent distillery, based in the heart of the city, renowned for their flagship Sir Robin of Locksley Gin, the centerpiece of their core range. As well as a variety of gins, they make rums, vodkas, and liqueurs. Their home is a Victorian cutlery factory, the birthplace of stainless steel, is open for tasting tours, cocktail classes, and their popular gin making school.

    Mill Hill Brewery

    An independent, family owned and run microbrewery based in Enderby, Leicester. Their Mission is to brew beers with vibrant and refreshing flavours, and help grow the Leicester Craft beer scene - supporting local artists, suppliers and businesses where possible.

  12. Mount St Bernard Trappist Brewery

    Mount St Bernard Trappist Brewery

    Mount Saint Bernard Trappist Brewery is a small-scale, built for purpose facility located within an Abbey in Leicestershire, in what used to be the kitchen and laundry. Today, brewing is one of our principal fields of labour by which they sustain the community of monks and maintain upkeep of their home.

    Sky Wave Gin

    Produced in small batches of never more than 500 bottles at a time, this is as authentic as it gets. For their London Dry gins, absolutely nothing is added after distillation other than the finest Oxfordshire water – no less than Blenheim Palace Natural Mineral Water. The delicious liquid coming off the still goes into your bottle with no adulteration. The purest possible gin. The perfection of the craft.

    When they started their award-winning dining room distillery in 2016, they had no idea the heights the business would reach in just a few short years. Now, The Spirit of Manchester Distillery operates as a state-of-the-art distillery capable of producing more than one million bottles a year; a world-class cocktail bar & restaurant; and an award winning distillery tour and gin making experience in the heart of the city.

    Stoughton Grange Distillery

    Nestled in the scenic Oadby landscapes, Stoughton Grange Distillery crafts gins inspired by farm life's rich tapestry. Each bottle embodies nature's diversity and meticulously distilled in their historic farm building.

  17. Two Birds 2

    Two Birds

    Founded in 2013 in Leicestershire, Two Birds Spirits began purely with experimentation in the confines of the founder Mark Gamble’s home. Being both an engineer and a gin enthusiast (perhaps we could call him an en-GIN-eer?), it was only a matter of time until he built Gerard, the distillery's first copper still.

    Zero Six Brew Co are a Leicestershire Nano Brewery based in Lutterworth run by Matt and Steve, we specialise in Beer with a twist, we match flavours to food and use natural ingredients to bring flavours into beers that reflect the fun and social aspect our brand is all about, the unique nature of how we choose some of our beers – through the Zero Six Brew crew tasting – is something that are very proud of.

    Do you know your gins? Bond Street Distillery invite you to test your palette against their extensive range of gins. Test your taste buds and your nose before the final reveal. This informative and  fun workshop talks about the gin, botanicals, Bond Street's method and includes a Gin and Tonic at the end.

    Driftwood Gin Masterclass

    • 19:45 – 20:30
    • £10

    A unique opportunity to be involved in a guided tasting session with the team from Driftwood Gin. This includes a Gin on arrival, a brief talk about the local business, how they make their products, followed by a tasting tour of the full range of the gins they produce. Includes a 15% discount voucher for any products purchased on the night from Driftwood Gin. 

  3. Lazydog Rum Tasting Workshop

    Lazydog Rum Tasting Masterclass

    Lazydog rums are unique, with no added artificial sweeteners, colourings or flavourings. Join the team for an opportunity to taste the difference! Enjoy tasting samples, discovering more about each rum, and suggested serves.

    Sky Wave Gin Experience

    In this 30-40 minute session, Sky Wave will offer a tutored tasting of three of their international award-wining gins, showing the wide versatility of the gin genre. The session will touch on Sky Wave’s craft production methods and explain how the gins’ flavour profiles and trademark smoothness are achieved.

    Behind the Brew

    • 20:45 – 21:30
    • £10

    Join the Zero Six team to learn about grains, malts, hops and adjuncts they use in their beers (obviously there will be beers to taste during this introduction!) You will also discover how they trial and produce scaled batches, before a quick quiz with prizes and giveaways.

    Gin Pairings with Stoughton Grange

    Join the Stoughton Grange distillers for an in depth tasting session of some of their farm themed gins, with pairings, the inspiration of each gin and the land where we are based, like Goat Gin, a traditional gin infused with a variety of lemon botanicals grown on the Leicestershire site, or Alpaca, a warm spicy gin inspired by their fluffy coats in the cold winter spells and wanting to keep warm.

Included in your ticket is the opportunity to join one of the talks in the UK's largest planetarium (subject to availability).

    Join Sally Faulkner, Managing Director and Distiller at Bond Street Distillery, for a female perspective on producing spirits in a male dominated arena, and how she made her mark within the culture of alcohol. This East Midlands Enterprising Women’s Award Winning Entrepreneur of the Year shares her stories over a gin and tonic, with lots of time for your questions.

    British Rum 101

    An exploration of the history and science of British Rum from the team at DropWorks Distillery. 

  3. Manchester

    Distilled In Space

    • 20:45

    Discover how Manchester Gin make their flavoured vodkas using the very modern technique of distilling in a vacuum... just like the vacuum of space! Using cold vacuum distillation, they've captured the brightest grapefruit, the freshest coffee and the creamiest tonka, with nothing artificial. 

  4. Sky Wave

    Sky Wave; Satellites to Gin

    • 21:30

    Join Master Distiller at Sky Wave, Andrew Parsons (who also happens to be a satellite engineer working on the UK’s biggest satellite programme), in this fascinating ‘Satellite 101’  talk that segue-ways seamlessly into why he founded The Sky Wave Distilling Company.

    The Science of Spirits

    Josh is a Chemistry researcher at the University of Leicester and recent finalist of the 2023 Great British Bake Off. Possessing a doctorate in chemistry, Josh loves to combine his culinary creations with an insight into the science behind them, showing how everyone can be a scientist at home!

No, the doors will open from 19:00 so please do not arrive before this time.

Yes, this is an 18+ event, however, our team will be operating with 'challenge 21', so please bring photo ID with you if you are under 21 (or have a painting in the attic). 

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes, there is a free cloakroom available on the night for coats (no bags can be left in this area). 

Yes, you are free to enjoy the exhibition throughout the evening, however, Tetrastar Spaceport will be closed, and the Rocket Tower will close at 22:30. 

Yes, we will have Boosters Cafe open throughout, as well as some street food specials available from our in-house team.
